Mango Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
∙ 1 frozen banana
∙ ½ ml 5% cannabidiol oil
∙ 2 cups of frozen mango
∙ ½ cup of greek yogurt
∙ ½ cup of milk or almond milk
∙ Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Procedure:
Start by blending all the ingredients into your blender except for the oil until the consistency becomes smooth.
Add the oil to the blender and pulse it for 5 to 10 seconds.
Oatmeal With Berries
Ingredients:
∙ 100g porridge oats
∙ 1/2 ml 5% cannabidiol oil (10ml bottle)
∙ 400ml milk or almond milk
∙ Optional: 1 tsp honey
∙ For serving:
∙ ¼ cup of mixed berries
∙ Cinnamon sprinkles
∙ Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter
Procedure:
Put the porridge oats and milk in a deep saucepan. If you use a microwave, put them in a large bowl.
Simmer on medium heat and stir frequently until you have the thickness you want for the porridge. When you microwave, put the bowl inside and turn it on. Microwave on full power for 3 and ½ minutes. Check every minute to determine if you have the thickness you want. If not, stir and microwave again.
Remove the pan from the heat or the microwave. Mix the honey and cannabidiol oil in.
Divide the oatmeal into 2 different bowls for serving.
Put the mixed berries by covering half of every bowl using these. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Put some of the peanut butter in the other half of the bowl.
Salmon And Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
∙ 1 avocado (sliced thinly or mashed)
∙ 50g Scottish smoked salmon
∙ ½ ml 5% cannabidiol oil (10mL bottle)
∙ 2 slices rye bread (opt for another type of bread if you like)
∙ 1 tsp thinly sliced green onion
∙ ½ tsp capers
∙ Salt and pepper to season
Procedure:
Toast the bread according to your preference. While toasting, you can start slicing the other ingredients you’ll put on your toast.
Put mashed avocado or thin slices of avocados. You can opt to drizzle the cannabidiol on top of the toast.
Layer the smoked salmon on top and add the green onions and capers.
Season the toasted bread with salt and pepper for added flavor.
Mediterranean Salad
Ingredients:
∙ 2 large Roma tomatoes or 3 medium off the vine
∙ 3 big chunks of feta
∙ ¼ cup of chopped parsley
∙ Juice of half a lemon
∙ ½ cup of chopped rocket
∙ Half a handful of thinly sliced Dill
∙ ¼ thinly sliced red onion
∙ ¼ chopped small cucumber
∙ ½ ml 5% cannabidiol oil (10mL bottle)
∙ 1 tsp ground sumac
∙ 2 tbsp olive oil
∙ ½ garlic clove minced then crushed
∙ Salt and pepper to garnish
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients except for the feta, olive oil, and cannabidiol oil.
Combine dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and add it.
Place the feta in the serving dish.
Add the olive oil and cannabidiol oil and mix it.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
All these are delicious and useful if you want something extra in your morning meals.
What you need to keep in mind though is that you have to consume more cannabidiol in the morning if you add the tincture to your dishes. That’s because it will pass through your digestive system.
